The PINK huntsmen descended on Bloomingdale’s flagship store on 59th street in Manhattan on Wednesday, September 11 to launch a week-long “British Invasion” celebration.
The activation was part of collaboration between Bloomingdale’s and iconic British brands, such as Thomas Pink, to promote exclusive merchandise designed to celebrate the phenomenon that started the American’s love for all things British, The Beatles. Together with both Apple Corp Ltd and The Beatles, Bloomingdale’s offers a one-of-a-kind exclusive assortment of Thomas Pink shirts this fall, to celebrate 50+ years of “Beatlemania”.
The huntsmen directed visitors to the British themed pop-up on the men’s lower level where the Beatles product is featured. Customers posed for pictures with the huntsmen and enjoyed a complimentary gift of a pair of colourful socks with the purchase of a shirt and tie.
